The Michelin Star winners for 2026 were revealed at a ceremony in Dublin last night.
The most prestigious night in food took place at the Dublin Convention Centre last night, highlighting the best food and drink on offer across Great Britain and Ireland.
It was the first time the ceremony took place in Ireland since it's establishment in 1974.
The event welcomed a plethora of celebrated chefs from across the globe, including the world-famous Gordon Ramsay.
Forest Avenue in Dublin 4 is run by husband-and-wife team John and Sandy Wyer.
Situated close to the canal, the casual elegance of this stunning restaurant paired with their superb dishes, its no surprise this Sussex Street restaurant received the prestigious accolade.
Furthermore, two other Irish restaurants were recognised at the ceremony.
They are as follows:
There are now 192 one-Michelin-star businesses across Great Britain and Ireland, 28 two-Michelin-star, and 10 3-Michelin-star restaurants.
We'll have to add them to the ever growing must-try list!
