5 Francis Square is a two bed, one bathroom terraced house with floor to ceiling windows, giving views out toward St Patrick Cathedral and entry to the house is via a private courtyard.

To the right and down the hall are two double bedrooms, both have solid wood floor as and the master looks out into the cul-de-sac. 

The living room is upstairs which makes the most of the views and all that bright bright light, while wandering outside you'll find a superb south facing courtyard which is ideal for al fresco dining.

At €450,000 it's gonna have to stay a mere dream for the moment, unless we strike gold on a scratchcard, but one day - one day all those magnolia walls will be ours.
