We're pretty spoilt in Dublin for great places to eat and drink, with new spots constantly opening on both sides of the city.
Fox and Feather is one of our secret favourites, located close to the entrance of the Phoenix Park - and it's where you're headed for lunch today.
Take a look:
The gorgeous little café concentrates on light breakfast and lunch options, with the menu including sandwiches like the Little John (prosciutto with roasted red pepper, white cheddar, salami rocket and homemade olive tapenade).
There's also dishes like the Ruby Tuesday Salad with warm chicken breast, mixed leaves, pomegranate, crushed pistachio, feta cheese and a honey vinaigrette. Nom.
"I grew up in the restaurant business and lived a few years in Tuscany before moving here so the whole idea of the cafe was to merge my two homes: Italy and Canada. We serve really great food but in a warm and cosy setting," explained owner Laura.
"I'm not one for trends or pretension so it was important to me that we stay just about the people and the food."
If you're not quite ready to go fully healthy after the festive season, don't worry as there are also plenty of sweet treats and speciality coffees including a Dirty Chai (chai latte with espresso), Salted Caramel Latte and Vancouver Fog (Earl Grey tea with steamed milk and vanilla).
Definitely worth checking out!
