Scoop Dessert Parlour in Ranelagh has appealed to their coeliac customers who wish to snap up a crepe or dessert by adapting their menu.
The dessert makers confirmed through their Facebook page that they make a gluten free crepe batter from buckwheat flour, making it safe for coeliacs to eat.

Will we see more businesses in the future stocking coeliac suitable options? We can only hope so.
